Which paper code did you get?

NEET papers come in different codes — the questions are the same but shuffled. Pick yours so we use the right answer key. It's printed on the top of your question booklet and on your OMR sheet.

Can't find it? Look at the top-right corner of your booklet's first page (e.g. Code A, B, C or D). If you're not sure, pick any to estimate — your total will still be close.

Tap the option you chose for each question. Leave blanks where you didn't attempt — blanks score zero, with no negative marking.

Unfilled questions count as not attempted.

How is this calculated?
Marks use the official NTA scheme: +4 correct, −1 wrong, 0 unattempted.
  • Rank & percentile are estimates from NEET 2025's published marks-vs-rank data, scaled to the Re-Exam 2026 candidate pool.
  • Your official score depends on the final NTA answer key and your scanned OMR sheet.
  • The actual Re-NEET 2026 rank is confirmed by NTA with the result, expected July 2026.

This is an independent estimator and is not affiliated with the National Testing Agency (NTA). Estimated rank and percentile are indicative only and may differ from your official NEET result.

How it works

Choose your question paper code, tap the option you marked for each of the 180 questions, and the tool applies the official +4 / −1 marking scheme to calculate your score. Already matched your answers using NTA's key? Use the "I know my score" option to jump straight to your rank estimate.

Why paper codes matter

NTA prints the NEET paper in several codes so no two neighbouring students get the same question order. The questions are identical, but the sequence is shuffled — which is why you must match against the answer key for your code. NEET 2025 used codes 45, 46, 47 and 48; the Re-NEET 2026 is expected to use codes A to D.

Your estimated marks are exact once you match against the correct code-wise key. Rank and percentile are estimates based on NEET 2025's published marks-vs-rank data — your official rank is confirmed by NTA with the result.

180 compulsory questions for 720 marks: +4 for each correct answer, −1 for each wrong answer, and 0 for unattempted. There are no optional questions in 2026.

It's printed on the top of your question booklet's first page and on your OMR answer sheet — usually a letter or number like A, B, C, D.

The re-exam was held on 21 June 2026. The provisional answer key is expected within about a week, with the result and All India Rank likely in July 2026.
