Who we are

Pace Admissions is an independent education consultancy that helps students and families navigate admissions at India's leading private colleges — across engineering, medical, MBA, law, and other professional programmes. We guide families through what is often the most important — and most confusing — decision of a student's life.

We are counsellors, not agents. Our job is to give you an honest picture of which colleges and branches are realistically within reach for your scores and budget, and then support you through every step of the official admission process.

What we do — and what we don't

  • Honest, score-based eligibility assessment — even when the answer is "this college isn't realistic for you"
  • Personalised college and branch shortlisting based on your scores, preferences, and budget
  • Guidance on official admission processes under AICTE, UGC, and university regulations
  • Documentation support, college visit coordination, and application assistance
  • End-to-end support until your admission formalities are complete

✗ What we never do

  • We do not sell seats. Seats are allotted by colleges alone, at their discretion
  • We do not guarantee admission to any specific college or branch
  • We do not accept or facilitate cash payments of any kind
  • We do not handle college tuition — all college fees are paid by you, directly to the college, against official receipts
  • We do not claim affiliation with any college or admission authority

How we charge

We charge a professional counselling and process-support fee for our services. This fee is communicated transparently before any engagement begins, is invoiced formally, and is entirely separate from college tuition and fees — which you always pay directly to the institution through its official channels.

Our one rule for families: if any consultant — including ours — ever asks you to pay a college fee in cash, to a personal account, or without an official college receipt, walk away. Legitimate college admission never works that way.
