Pace Admissions is an independent education consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as the admission office of any college, university, educational trust, or government counselling authority referenced on this website. All college names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
2. Nature of our services
We provide counselling and process-support services: eligibility assessment, college and branch shortlisting, guidance on official admission processes, documentation support, and coordination assistance. Our services are advisory and administrative in nature.
3. Fees & payment
- We charge a professional counselling and process-support fee, communicated in writing before engagement begins.
- All payments to Pace Admissions are made through traceable channels (bank transfer / UPI to our business account) against a formal invoice or receipt. We do not accept cash.
- College tuition and fees are entirely separate from our service fee and are always paid by you directly to the institution through its official channels, against official college receipts. We never collect or hold college fees.
4. Refund policy
- Initial consultation: the first eligibility consultation is free of charge.
- Before process work begins: if you cancel after engaging us but before we have commenced application or documentation work on your behalf, the service fee is refundable in full, less any clearly communicated administrative charge.
- If no admission materialises: if, despite our guidance, no admission offer is secured at any college shortlisted with you during the engagement period, the service fee is refundable as per the written engagement terms shared with you at the start.
- After admission formalities: once an admission you accepted has been completed, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
The specific fee amount and any engagement-specific refund terms are always confirmed with you in writing before payment. In case of conflict, the written engagement terms prevail.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate scores, documents, and information. Admissions obtained on false information can be cancelled by the institution, for which we bear no responsibility.
- Meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the institution and regulators (AICTE / UGC / affiliated university).
- Pay college fees directly to the college only, against official receipts.
6. Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the service fee actually paid to us. We are not liable for decisions made by institutions, changes in seat availability, fee revisions by colleges, regulatory changes, or outcomes such as placements or academic results.
7. Content on this website
College information, fee indications, placement figures, and cut-off trends on this website are compiled from publicly available sources, are indicative, and can change without notice. Always verify final details with the institution directly. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of admission.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version with its effective date will always be available on this page.
